Part-Time Pub Assistant Manager – Lead a Lively Team

Greene King in Downend is seeking an Assistant Manager (Part-Time Pro Rata) to lead front-of-house running of a busy pub. You will be visible on the floor, support the General Manager, and ensure excellent service while managing a lively team and a vibrant atmosphere.

The role requires hands-on leadership, customer focus and the ability to handle peak shifts with care. Salary is £31,000–£34,750 plus bonus (pro rata). 32–36 hours weekly with flexible hours.
