Hospital Social Care Admin & Coordination Officer

Barnsley Council is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Business Support Officer to join the Hospital Social Work and Reablement Team. This role provides a comprehensive business support service to two busy Adult Social Care teams that support people through hospital discharge, recovery and reablement.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the service by providing high-quality administrative support to managers and practitioners.
