Parking Services Manager — Lead Car Parks & Permits

Essex County Council (ECC) is supporting Harlow Council to recruit a temporary Parking Services Manager. The role manages car parks, permits and external NEPP operations, with duties including inspections, revenue reporting, TROs, and contract management.
