HR Administration Auditor

  • Hourly Rate: £13.50 – £14.50 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
  • Location: Liphook
  • Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time (4-6 Weeks)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administration Auditor to join a busy and professional organisation for a short-term assignment. This role will focus on reviewing internal HR records, auditing employee documentation, and ensuring personnel files are complete, accurate, and compliant.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Conduct detailed audits of internal HR systems, employee files, and documentation.
  • Review records to ensure all required information and documentation is present and up to date.
  • Carry out high-volume data entry and record updates across internal systems.
  • Identify missing documentation and proactively follow up with managers and employees to obtain outstanding information.
  • Maintain accurate tracking records and provide regular updates on audit progress.
  • Liaise confidently with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business.
  • Handle highly confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support the wider HR function with administrative tasks as required throughout the assignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous administration experience within an office environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with large volumes of data and documentation.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage professionally with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Assertive and proactive approach when chasing outstanding information.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience working with databases, HR systems, or Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage confidential information sensitively and securely.
  • Previous HR administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
