Trauma-Informed Youth Residential Care Worker

Essex County Council is recruiting a Residential Worker for a five‑bed home in Colchester, working with young people aged 11–17 who have experienced trauma. You will join a multidisciplinary team to provide nurturing, protective care, and support to help every child feel safe and valued.

The role involves 37 hours weekly across early and late shifts, with every other weekend off. A Level 3 Diploma is required within 2 years of probation; sponsorship is limited to eligible UK residents.
