Job Description:
Dale Care Ltd is seeking a Reablement Care Worker to assist people in County Durham as they regain independence after illness, injury or hospital discharge. You will support daily living activities and encourage autonomy using a doing with approach focused on promoting confidence and dignity.
No prior experience is required as full training is provided; the role is community-based with travel across the area. A driving licence and own car are preferred to deliver home-based care.
