Residential Care Worker: Compassion, Growth & Impact

The Cambian Group is seeking compassionate residential care workers to support children and young people in a warm, structured environment. You will build relationships, plan engaging activities, and provide one-to-one support, including off-site trips, with a focus on positive choices and safeguarding.

Two weeks of paid training precede your start. Sleep-ins carry an extra £30 per shift, and overtime is paid at 1.25x.
