Job Description:
Jobs2Web is seeking a senior leader to drive Customer Services & Distribution across the UK, Ireland, Malta and Gibraltar. You will own the Order‑to‑Cash lifecycle, oversee performance KPIs and act as a key escalation point for complex customer and logistics issues.
You will collaborate with Supply Chain, QA, Commercial and logistics partners to improve O2C processes, develop the CS team, and ensure high service levels and regulatory compliance.
