Retail Customer Service Manager – Betting Shop

Entain, a leading global sports betting and gaming company, is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead service standards in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You will report to the Shop Manager and be part of the Shop team, delivering top customer service and building relationships to encourage repeat business.

Salary is £13.00 per hour. Shifts run Monday to Sunday 8am–10pm with a typical weekly rota of 17 hours.
