OpenTable in London is seeking a Customer Support teammate to help restaurants and hospitality businesses use our technology. You’ll handle inquiries across phone, email, chat and WhatsApp, listening to needs and guiding customers toward solutions.
Fluent in French and English, you’ll investigate issues, own problems through resolution, and record interactions in Salesforce. Prior CS experience is welcome; curiosity and clear communication are key.
