Sales Support Coordinator – Newry
Your new company A fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established, recognised organisation based in Newry. This organisation is a market leader in their industry. Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator. This is a full time permanent job. The hours of work is either Monday – Friday 8-4, 8.30-4.30 or 9-5 so they can be flexible with starting and finishing times. Salary for this role is negotiable between 30k-38k
Your new role As Sales support Coordinator duties include:
- Dealing with incoming calls and queries in a professional manner
- Reviewing customer’s applications and qualifying leads
- Turning hot leads into sales opportunities
- Contacting potential customers and ask questions about their projects requirements
- Arranging appointments for Project Managers to go onsite to price projects
- Keeping customers updated on progress
- Providing excellent customer service
