Site-Based Warehouse Manager – Lead Operations & Safety

MCW Insulation Ltd in Blackpool is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the safe, secure and efficient running of the warehouse. You will manage goods-in, storage and dispatch, lead the team, maintain productivity and customer service targets, and ensure computer literacy for systems use.

Responsibilities include coordinating materials across locations, maintaining stock accuracy with WMS and Sage, and ensuring health, safety and compliance with 5S standards.
