Retail Security Officer — Customer-First Protection

Lodge Service is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to protect staff, customers and stock across our retail sites. You will deter theft, partner with store management and maintain a visible, professional presence while delivering excellent customer service.

Applicants must hold a valid SIA license, have UK right to work with a 5-year history, and demonstrate calm under pressure. Retail security experience is preferred and further training and career development are offered.
