Job Description:
Transport for London is seeking a Reporting Analyst to turn data into actionable insights and support a shift to automated BI reporting solutions. You will join Contact Centre Operations (CCO) and help deliver strategic intelligence that informs senior decision-making.
In this role you’ll work in a team of up to 6 analysts to develop CCO operations, embed the voice of the customer, and drive continuous improvement in data quality and reporting processes. Hybrid working is available.
