AI & Innovation Senior Manager

Overview

In this AI product leadership role, you will own a major Compliance AI portfolio in a global, highly regulated setting. You’ll shape AI methods and responsible practices while delivering solutions that turn complex risk data into decision-ready insights. You’ll collaborate across Compliance, Legal, and Tech to drive scalable, trustworthy AI that supports enterprise risk management. This is an opportunity to influence global governance, accelerate adoption, and deliver measurable impact in compliance at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of an AI product portfolio from problem definition to production launch and continuous improvement
• Translate business needs into a clear product roadmap with prioritized backlog, requirements, and measurable outcomes
• Establish AI methodology aligned with the company’s responsible AI framework, including governance and monitoring
• Provide technical direction and quality oversight to internal teams and delivery partners
• Build partnerships across Compliance, Legal, Risk Owners, Analytics, and Tech to ensure secure, scalable products
• Shape the AI innovation pipeline by identifying capabilities and converting experiments into scalable solutions
• Communicate complex technical choices and risks to senior stakeholders to enable informed decisions
• Strengthen organizational capability through coaching, knowledge sharing, and reusable standards

Key requirements

• Significant experience owning and delivering enterprise AI or similarly complex digital products
• Deep expertise in Generative AI or Agentic AI products
• Strong product leadership across roadmaps, governance, and lifecycle management
• Strong technical depth in modern AI development practices and Python
• Experience establishing evaluation, validation, monitoring, and responsible AI controls
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery in a global, matrixed organization
• Strong communication skills to explain concepts and risks to varied audiences
• Advanced knowledge from degree or equivalent experience in computer science, data science, AI, analytics, engineering, mathematics, or related discipline
