Senior Facilities & Safety Leader – Multi-Site (London)

Healthxchange is seeking a Facilities and Safety Manager to oversee health, safety, and facilities across London, Manchester and Reading, plus the regional distribution centre. You will lead risk assessments, audits, and regulatory compliance while partnering with operations, pharmacy, HR and finance to support OTIF delivery.

Reporting to the COO, you will drive improvements in safety culture, manage budgets and contractor performance, and ensure GDP/GPhC compliance at all sites.
