Compassionate Care Assistant – Day Shifts + Enhanced Pay

Westgate Healthcare Ltd is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant (Days) to join our family. You will support residents with daily activities, help with meals and personal care, and contribute to care plans and record-keeping.

We offer competitive pay of £12.71–£12.81 per hour, up to 39 hours per week, with enhancements for nights and weekends, plus training and development in a supportive, values-driven environment across our Hertfordshire homes.
