Online Grocery Operations Leader

Sainsbury’s Group is seeking an online store manager to lead a large team of shoppers and drivers, delivering a seamless online and in-store shopping experience. You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership with early-morning shift patterns (04:00–08:00) and responsibility for performance, disciplinaries, and payroll accuracy across the online delivery team.
