Thomas & Co International is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide direct, high‑trust support to our Founder & CEO. The role is UK-based with hybrid/flexible working and spans the Founder’s commercial, content and personal commitments, coordinating diary, travel and communications.
You will own the Founder’s calendar, arrange complex international travel, prepare briefing notes for high‑net worth meetings, and act as a trusted gatekeeper for time and standards.
