The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business at an important stage of its development. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring a consistently high level of service across the business.

  • Managing and updating customer records and relevant systems.
  • Monitoring outstanding queries and following up where required.
  • Identifying and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Supporting the wider team with general coordination and administration.
  • Contributing to the ongoing improvement of customer service processes and standards.

About You

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised and proactive, with a genuine desire to provide a high standard of service.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, customer coordination, housing, property, construction, facilities management, repairs and maintenance, minor works or a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • A professional and approachable manner.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A positive, flexible and solution-focused approach.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
