Clinical Pharmacist (Part-Time) – GP Surgery & Independent Prescriber

Work in a GP surgery near Ipswich is recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist on a permanent part-time basis (25 hours per week). You will conduct structured medication reviews and provide clinical support within a multidisciplinary GP team, benefiting from a strong relationship with the GP colleagues and a convenient local location.

Ideal candidates are Independent Prescribers with CPPE qualification, registered with GPhC, and with experience in secondary care.
