Community Nurse Associate – Independent Home Care

The Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Community Registered Nursing Associate to join the Sefton community nursing team. You will deliver high-quality nursing care in patients’ homes and community settings, working with colleagues to maintain standards of care.

You will work across day and weekend shifts, including bank holidays, with 37.5 hours per week and flexible working arrangements where possible. A car driver/owner is essential to reach patients in their communities.
