Shape the ongoing development of our new Student Records System (SRS)!
We are seeking a skilled and detail-orientated Business System Analyst to support the ongoing development and optimisation of the University’s Student Records System.
You will:
- be central to enhancing business processes and ensuring the effective use of SITS across the University.
- routinely engage with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
- act as the bridge between business needs and system capability.
- configure the system, test and document changes that enhance service delivery and improve user experience.
For this role, you will need to be on site 3 days a week. Although we can accommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.

What we’re looking for:
You will have:
- experience of working with and contributing to the development of large relational databases, (preferably SITS).
- excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills including the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
