HR Assistant (Maternity Cover) – Club HR & Payroll Support

Derby County Football Club Limited is seeking an organised HR Assistant to join the Human Resources Department at Pride Park Stadium. The role is fixed-term for up to 12 months to cover maternity leave, based across Pride Park Stadium and Moor Farm Training Ground.

You will provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration and employee changes, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
