Commercial Property PSL

Overview

In this role you will support the Commercial Property team by maintaining and enhancing the group’s knowledge and resources. You will advise on complex real estate matters, monitor regulatory changes, and contribute to training and knowledge sharing. Working closely with Partners and fee earners, you help establish best practices and practical guidance across the department. This is a chance to shift into a professional support role while leveraging strong property expertise within a leading firm.

Responsibilities

• prepare legal updates
• contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing
• provide technical guidance on complex commercial property matters
• assess practical implications of changes in the law
• establish best practice across the department
• identify areas needing further technical support or training

Key requirements

• at least 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
• strong technical understanding of commercial real estate
• excellent research and communication skills
• willingness to transition into a PSL role; previous PSL experience not required
• ability to share knowledge and support colleagues
