Operations Manager – Night Shift Leader, 4-on/4-off eCommerce

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager at our Ollerton site to lead and develop a high-performing team of Shift Managers in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

You’ll own site performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety, service and productivity targets are met on a 4 on 4 off, 19:00–07:00 schedule. This permanent role offers a salary up to £53,664 per annum, 33 days’ holiday, pension, private medical & dental, life assurance and access to MyBenefits.
