Senior Mechanical Site Manager – Residential Project Lead

1st Step Solutions are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join a Tier 1 M&E contractor on a newly secured residential project in Manchester. This is a 12-month contract based on site.

You will oversee mechanical subcontractors, manage safety documentation, and ensure timely delivery of materials while addressing on-site issues and risks. Applicants must have City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Services, CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, and strong leadership and organisational skills.
