Elite Pastry Chef for 5-Star Events

Baxter Storey UK is seeking a Pastry Chef on a fixed-term maternity cover basis for December 2026. You will assume sole responsibility for all desserts and pastry for the client floor and staff dining, ensuring top quality and consistency across events.

You will manage ordering, wastage and costs, and work with the Head Chef on menu development and costing while staying in tune with latest trends. You will also support other sections as needed, contributing to a storied legacy in UK hospitality.
