Customer Care & National Accounts Specialist (Early Fridays)

The Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Group is seeking a Customer Care Agent to join a busy team in Sittingbourne. You will handle first-line customer service enquiries, manage key and national account administration and assist with sales administration in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a stable full-time position, office-based hours Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 and Friday 08:00 – 16:00, with 23 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays and a proactive, collaborative team culture.
