Children’s Residential Care Worker – Maternity Cover

Esland Care is seeking a Children’s Residential Care Worker to join Hillview in Long Buckby, GB. This fixed-term role covers maternity leave with potential for a permanent contract. You will work on a 173 hours per month schedule, with long shifts from 8am to 11pm and sleep nights, in a 365-day service.

A base salary of £33,682 to £34,305 per year awaits, depending on qualifications and undertaking eight sleeps per month. A Full UK Driving Licence is essential, and sponsorship is not offered.
