Therapeutic Residential Care Worker (Trauma-Informed)

William Henry Smith School is seeking a Residential Care Worker to provide trauma-informed, therapeutic care to children and young people in a nurturing residential setting. You will work shift patterns including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, building safe relationships to support emotional wellbeing.

You will receive ongoing training, reflective supervision and professional development to ensure high-quality, child-centred practice and positive outcomes for the children in our care.
