Lead School Mental Health Team – Mentor & Shape Care

Compass is recruiting a Team Leader for the Mental Health Support Team (MHST) in Derby schools. You will provide day-to-day leadership, support practitioners to deliver safe and effective interventions, and collaborate with schools and partners to meet local needs.
