Overview

Responsibilities

  • Act as financial advisor to Senior Sales Leaders, challenging assumptions and shaping initiatives for revenue and margin growth
  • Lead analytics on revenue, gross margin, pipeline, and market dynamics
  • Convert complex data into executive-ready presentations and recommendations
  • Drive revenue forecasting, outlook modelling, and scenario planning across regional units
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two Sales Finance Analysts
  • Build dynamic financial models and interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI for real-time performance visibility
  • Refine commercial planning frameworks to free resources for strategic initiatives

Key requirements

  • Progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or sales finance in multinational or matrix environments
  • Proactive mindset with ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguous challenges
  • Advanced financial modelling in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in English, with ability to distill numbers into executive stories
  • Proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., Spanish, German, or Eastern European) is advantageous
