Abattoir Packing Operator – Milford Haven

We’re recruiting Abattoir Operators for a specialist food-processing site in Milford Haven. This is a hands-on role working across several key departments, including abattoir operations, production, and packing. Full training is provided, but you’ll need to be comfortable with physical work and working in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Abattoir operations (full training provided)
• Production tasks across multiple departments
• Packing and preparing products for dispatch
• Maintaining hygiene, safety, and quality standards

Hours

• Monday to Friday, 6am-3pm

Travel

• Free transport links available from Haverfordwest and Milford Haven only

Pay

• £12.71 per hour
• £15.88 after 40 hours
• Rising to £13.45 after 12 weeks, with £16.81 after 40 hours
