The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting Afternoon Packing Operatives to join a leading distribution company based in Tamworth.

Role

Working as part of a busy warehouse team, your duties will include:

• Packing food products, including confectionery, ready for dispatch.
• Palletising stock ready for dispatch.
• Replenishing stock within the warehouse.
• Shrink-wrapping pallets.
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required.

Working Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday
• 14:00-22:00
• £12.71 per hour
• Overtime available, paid at time and a third.
• Ongoing work with potential for long-term opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to targets.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
