Overview
In this role, you support airline and aircraft leasing clients by managing insurance programmes and ensuring timely, accurate service. You collaborate with brokers, account teams, and clients to prepare documentation, renewals, and placement activities, while maintaining orderly client records. You’ll generate reports and calculations to support contracts and respond to inquiries. This is a hands-on, client-facing position with growth toward aviation insurance expertise within a collaborative, values-driven culture.

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management of airline and aircraft leasing insurance programmes
- Prepare insurance documentation, endorsements, and evidence of cover
- Coordinate renewals and placement activities
- Maintain accurate client records across internal systems
- Produce data, schedules, and calculations using Microsoft Excel
- Build effective relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues
- Respond to client, insurer, and accounting queries
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and professional development within the team
Key requirements
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or another client-focused environment
- Interest in aviation insurance or specialty risks
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience working with data, reports, or calculations with high accuracy
- Strong information organization and record-keeping
- Confidence in written and verbal client, insurer, and colleague communications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team while managing own workload
