Hybrid Planned Works Coordinator — Homes & Retrofit

Industrial Dwelling Society Ltd in London is seeking a Planned Works Coordinator to support the delivery of our planned, major works and retrofit programmes. You will work closely with the Project Manager, contractors, residents and colleagues to keep projects organised and information data accurate and up to date.

This full-time role (35 hours per week) offers hybrid working. The salary is £37,901 per annum with a closing date of 23 October 2026.
