Nightshift Store Operations & Replenishment Lead

Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd in Bridgend is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for the night shift to lead replenishment and store operations during the hours 22:00–08:00. You’ll manage a team, prioritise deliveries, safeguard colleagues, and ensure shelves and systems are ready for customers at opening.

In this role you’ll drive KPI delivery, coaching and performance, while maintaining safety and compliance.
