Senior Financial Analyst/ Business Partner

Overview

In this standalone FP&A role, you will shape long-term financial plans and forecasts to support strategic decisions. You will work directly with senior leadership and the Board, delivering insights that influence major investments and budgets. The position combines modelling, scenario analysis and robust reporting to drive financial resilience in a values-led not-for-profit. You will be exposed to cross-functional collaboration and high-visibility projects that impact organisational strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term financial plans and forecasts
• Create financial models, scenario analysis and stress testing
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes
• Deliver financial insights and reporting to senior stakeholders and the Board
• Analyse risks, trends and opportunities to inform decision-making

Key requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong FP&A, modelling and forecasting experience
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Confident presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience in housing, not-for-profit or regulated sectors is desirable
