Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Real Estate Cost Management team
• Set clear strategy and ambition for the team, leveraging diverse insights
• Identify, coach and mentor talent to realise potential and celebrate success
• Model and promote a One Business culture ensuring integrity and safety
• Balance interests of people, clients, shareholders and society to achieve outcomes
• Act as a brand ambassador with a deep market understanding and opportunity pipeline

Key requirements

• Proven track record delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying across full project lifecycle
• Professionally qualified (RICS or similar)
• Degree or HNC level qualification
• Ability to manage and prioritise more than one project at a time
