Night Shift Bakery Production Lead

Geary’s Bakeries Ltd is seeking a Production Team Leader for NIGHT SHIFT (6pm–6am) at Glenfield, LE3 8JR. You will lead a production team to bake our bread to spec, manage holidays, breaks and skill coverage, and complete pre-start checks and quality paperwork.

You will drive health and safety, oversee stock, maintain equipment, and liaise with your supervisor to ensure safe, efficient 24/7 production. Prior bakery experience is welcome; right to work in the UK is required at interview.
