In this role, you support a leading funds finance practice in Bristol, advising lenders and sponsors on a wide range of financing structures. Responsibilities
- Work across broad funds finance transactions including capital call, NAV, hybrid, GP/co-invest and SMA facilities
- Advise lenders and sponsors/borrowers on financing structures and documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues across finance, funds and regulatory teams to provide commercially focused advice
- Demonstrate strong drafting and technical skills in fund structures and partnership documents
- Support business development and deliver high-quality client service in a collegiate team environment
Key requirements
- 1-5 years PQE in an international or leading regional firm
- Experience with capital call, hybrid, GP, management fee, co-invest or NAV/asset-backed facilities
- Understanding of fund structures and partnership documentation
- Strong drafting skills and excellent academics
- Ability to work in a friendly, inclusive team with a client focus and commercial awareness
