What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support a broad range of HR processes, including:

• Monthly payroll administration
• Recruitment and safer onboarding
• Employee records and HR systems
• Absence management
• Pensions and family leave
• Contracts and salary changes
• HR reporting and compliance
• Supporting managers with day-to-day HR queries

Previous experience within HR is essential, with school or education experience highly desirable. You’ll be organised, approachable and comfortable managing sensitive information and competing deadlines.
