SEN Hub Lead & Teacher — 2-Year Secondment

SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL invites applications for a SEND Hub Lead to nurture positive communication, collaboration and engagement, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning as part of Severndale Academy’s two-year secondment.

The post requires an experienced SEN teacher who can tailor the Hub provision to pupil needs, with a leadership salary band from L7 to L10, beginning January 2027, and a strong commitment to outstanding practice.
