Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to successful placements
• Build and deepen strategic client relationships with consultative hiring
• Source and match top-tier candidates using global databases and insights
• Proactively identify and act on business development opportunities within accounts and new clients

Key requirements

• 18 months+ recruitment experience with a track record of managing high-value accounts
• Demonstrable business development skills and proactive client acquisition
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
