Independent Living Advisor for Care Leavers

London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking a Personal Advisor to join the Throughcare Service. You will support care experienced young people to develop independent living skills and transition to independence.

Key duties include managing caseloads, coordinating services across health, education and housing, and maintaining accurate records within council policies. Flexibility for occasional evenings and DBS checks may be required.
