Trauma-Informed Primary Teacher: Shape a New SEMH School

Hillside Education opens in January 2027 as a brand-new SEMH school built from the ground up with trauma-informed practice, relational approaches and high aspirations at its core. This is a rare opportunity to join a provision at the very beginning, shaping culture, curriculum and practice from day one.

At Hillside, you will be part of a team who believe in curiosity over judgement, consistency over control, and connection over compliance.
