Community Integrated Care is seeking a Support Worker in Broadstone/Poole to help people live independently within a warm, social community. You’ll support daily routines, personal care and wellbeing while promoting dignity and choice in everyday life.
You’ll work with a small group of individuals who live in their own flats, building trusting relationships and enabling access to community activities. Driving may be required for some outings.
