Lead Health Care Assistant – Elder Care Team

Midlands Care is seeking a Senior Health Care Assistant for Portland House in Leicester. You will lead and support the care team, provide high-quality personal care to elderly residents, and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

The role requires prior Senior Care Assistant experience, excellent communication, and a commitment to compassionate, person-centred care. Training throughout the year and the Care Certificate are included in the induction.
