Healthcare IT Support Assistant — First-Line Desk Support

Barnsley Hospital NHS FT is seeking a dedicated individual for first line support within the Digital Support Team. The role involves logging calls, performing remote fixes via telephone or drop-in, and some desk-side troubleshooting in a fast-paced hospital IT environment.

You will assist with user accounts, procurement of IT equipment, asset recording and general administration duties, while developing technical skills and knowledge of Microsoft DNS and DHCP.
